What kind of information do you need? (E.g. email addresses, phone numbers, occupational information, geographical information, etc.)
Agreement
I agree to abide by KDI School’s privacy policy and pledge to use the released alumni information for non-commercial, networking purposes only. After using the information, I pledge to discard and destroy all documents immediately. I acknowledge that failure to comply with this policy may result in restricted access to alumni information in the future and possible civil and/or criminal litigation.
