Students team up to form a research group according to the region or policy area of interest. The forums organize various research activities such as interview, seminar, conference, case study, literature review and data analysis.

    Forum Description

    The key objectives of KDIS-ADF are as follows:
    • Uniting African students studying at KDIS
    • Promoting and Showcasing African Cultures
    • Protecting and defending the interests of our community
    • Prioritizing the development of Africa

  • ASEAN Forum

    Forum Description

    The ASEAN forum was created to achieve the following objectives
    • Represent ASEAN students at KDI School
    • Perform various research activities according to the REGION or POLICY area of interest, such as interview, seminar, conference, case study, literature review and data analysis
    • Build a strong ASEAN Community at KDI School where all ASEAN students (current students and alumni) are able to freely discuss about economics, political, and social issues
    • Promote ASEAN's culture to the community through cultural activities; and
    • Strengthen the collaboration between ASEAN countries and South Korea.

  • KDIS Latin America and the Caribbean Forum

    Forum Description

    The KDI School Latin American and The Caribbean (LAC) Forum seeks to promote dialogue among students on key issues and matters involving the LAC region.
    The forum aims to foster communication between students, official representatives, scholars, and other relevant stakeholders from the LAC region in South Korea. It focuses on enhancing the critical thinking skills of KDIS LAC students to effectively discuss pertinent public policy issues. Additionally, the forum seeks to strengthen interactions between KDIS LAC students and those from other regions, thereby increasing the representativeness of the LAC region within the KDIS academic community. Furthermore, it aspires to build a community of professionals interested in exploring Korea's effective public policies and their applicability to the Latin American and Caribbean context. Finally, the forum will develop cultural activities to promote the rich heritage of the LAC region.
